Fantastic video...my toe has been stiff for about 3 months now :/
I recently started experiencing Hallux rigidus arthritis 😢it can get so painful at night 😢..
So she's a size 11 in women's? Big monster feet on her.
What type of specialist should diagnose this type of injury? Podiatrist?
Orthotics is the most absolute BS treatment. Especially for athletes who's life depend on their sport.
It would be nice to have a link to the site for the type of pad he is suggesting here. I've not seen any foot orthotics with a metatarsal cut out.
If you did that to me, I would seriously scream. haha 3:15 How that person just sat there is unreal.
Injured mine about 2 months ago. How long does it take to heal if I use these steps/
I was just diagnosed with hallux rigidus. I’m confused. I have no pain in the big first toe. My area is in the 2nd metatarsal from top of the foot down to the bottom
What is the exact name of this orthotic as it appears on the website.
Wow masha Allah... This is very helpful doc.. Thank you so much and may Almighty Allah bless you and increases you in knowledge. Ameen
I just started recently feeling what I believe is Hallux rigidus. The issue that I find different than HR is my big toe wants to point upward and the top of my foot feels very sore. I can move the toe to it's neutral position but I actually have to use my muscles to pull it to where it would typically be in a resting position. As soon as I relax the muscle the toe goes back upward causing the pain.
Is it supposed to be very painful relieved by popping or mobilizing the joint? Or do I have gout?
for football shoes we can’t use insoles then what we can do about it?
I have pain in the metatarsal area on the top of the foot that goes down through the bottom of my foot. My podiatrist had me try a metatarsal pad. It was so aggravated even more

But if you add an orthotic, the foot won't "learn" to come back in a good shape, right? The problem is the toes. The toes are not spaced enough.
I have similar problems can you suggest what kind of shoe I can order from your website
Why is there music playing in the background - I'm trying to hear what the guy is saying!
I think I have this. It started out as an aching and uncomfortable feeling but the pain was like a 1/10. About 2 hours later, I was just standing there and when I took the next step, I got a very sharp localized almost sting around the first and second metatarsals. Woke up the next morning and the pain hasn’t gotten better. I “testing” it by bearing weight a few times and It’s like a 7/10 and I get teary eyed putting any weight on it. I don’t know what I should do, I’m gonna be very busy these next few weeks and months, I just want to walk or for the pain to get down below a 3/10 or so. I had plantar fasciitis last year at this same time and the podiatrist gave me a boot. I had been walking on my toes on that foot for almost 3 months (pain was in my heel that time). The boot got rid of it in like a week. That pain from plantar fasciitis feels the same as this pain but it’s near my toes instead. I cannot walk on the foot at all
Berinstocks are great for relieving my pain from this condition.
Where the hell do I find this doctor because I've been multiple doctors over 4 years now and still having pain after multiple surgeries and thousands of dollars.
Thank you for sharing this. I learned a lot, trying to help my husband with massaging his legs. Gave me a better understanding why he is having trouble.
I think I have this issue at the moment. Feels like I have a pebble in my shoe & it's very annoying! Have been wearing orthotics as well, so I'm unsure what's caused this. I look back to the other day & was using my exercise bike so maybe that's what triggered it off. Might have to look at wearing my moonboot for a while & resting up because I can hardly walk let alone put any weight on it.
Is that baby music in the backround? Twinkle sounds?
This won’t work for everyone, and could put more pressure onto the metatarsals. A plug underneath the sesamoid is a better idea to allow it to float.
I'm having hallux pain and limited range of motion after a broken fibula Orif surgery. I didnt injure my foot or toe, ive had a secondary surgery to remove a large Syndemosis screw that was in place to let my ligaments heal. I figured my range of motion for walking would improve and so far in a week it hasnt because of this weird toe joint issue. I go back to my Ortho doc Thursday its just so frustrating. Its always one step forward one step back. I can't even google other stories of people that have had this happen to them.
Excellent video doctor. I love that you explained it in layman terms. Now I have some direction to head towards.
Do this test squeeze your bum muscles if your arch in your foot raises its just that you have inactive bum muscles
Don’t do this if you inherited this over time strengthening your bum muscles and fixing toe alignment will helps this don’t let them scam you it won’t make the problem any better
Mine are very painful is there a med cream to use ? Unfortunately some years ago had bad gout in my left big toe ,even with a pad it's difficult to walk ,that toe curls up .advice on messenger please .I live in Spain & if not cured will have to apply for disabled parking. Grateful for a cure .
Forgot to add , until I arrived in Spain had bad R.A , now cured by free Olumiante tablets .
Would have Ben helpful is listing link to brand/model of shoes shown in video
Thanks man
Where to purchase this 👟 please?
What size to buy if you wear a Women's size 8 1/2 shoe? I noticed all full sizing, hence my inquiry. Thank you.
I am 47 yo and my bunion is worse than the person exposed in the video, very painful and im wondering if i can apply for disability, i can barely stand on my feet
At no point in this video did you mention the person's WEIGHT in impacting the pressure on the ball of the foot? WOWZA! Just the orthotics huh? Hmmmm.....
What do we do if the big toe is going out, I mean on the opposite side of the one you are showing in this video?
The front of my feet are on fire, pins and needles mixed with numbness, pain everyday. My heels hurt as well. but not as much as the front of my feet. It is hard to walk for very long. I will have to try this. Thank you.
Unreal no one answers the questions
Thanks so much
Background music makes it hard to watch.
Excellent. Wish they would have given info on the arch support they showed. Looks like something I could use.
If you have broken your pinky toe several times can that cause this issue? Never went to dr.
I have feet like that and i went spinning ever since i am in so much pain in my forefoot. What kind of exercise should a person with feet like that do?
Where can I get this ?
All this years i thought that I've gout.. i ate all the gout medicine but im wrong.. until 1 day i decided to get myself tested blood test, the doctor confirm that i dont have gout..it was something else..😢 so here i am watching this while my toe in pain again, normally it will take me almost a month to healing.. the doctor asking me to reduce weight and do foot exercise before work..when my hallux regidus strike, the plantar fasciitis will follow up next.. 😢 so pain.. i need to go to work for family..
Excellent explanations. Thank you.
I’m so happy I found your channel! I have a 5th metatarsal stress fracture. What would be a good shoe for me?? Thank you and I subscribed!
